Founded by Tim Collins, a natural connector and investor in people, Vital Framework is, at its core, a personal development coaching practice. What began as volunteering as a coach/mentor, coupled with a personal interest in emotional intelligence, leadership and mental health, lead Tim down the path of pursuing his Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology. In essence, he became a student of human behavior, only furthering his passion to connect with, equip and motivate people.
